The contact form stores the name, email address, subject and message you submit, together with the time of the enquiry. It does not ask for a trading password, card number or identity document. Please do not include those in the message.
Authorised staff can view enquiries in the admin area. They can export or delete them. The retention period is [to be confirmed by the business].
The data controller is [legal entity to be confirmed]. A contact for privacy requests will be published with that entity.
Analytics, if enabled, runs only after you accept the cookie banner and only sends the event name, such as an account-page view. Form contents are not sent to the analytics provider.
